Refund policy

Our apparel and totes are made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges on them for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide before ordering apparel.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or you receive the wrong item or size, email info@poiseandpearls.ca within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of: the whole item, laid flat; a close-up of the problem; the size tag, for apparel; and the packing slip, if you received the wrong item.

We'll assess a replacement or refund. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Apparel measurements can vary slightly (up to 2 in / 5 cm), so small differences aren't treated as a defect.

For other items, such as mugs, journals and gift boxes, please contact us at info@poiseandpearls.ca before sending anything back and we'll explain your options.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
